People often forget that successful conflict navigation doesn't have to include being 100% composed, & unbothered. There are times when composure is *essential* to a strategy. And other times, you can exclaim "Jesus Christ!" cuz someone almost ran you over with a shopping cart and move away without explaining yourself. Avoidance IS a legit strategy. Expressing frustration is NORMAL. How/when matters. Just...can you pull it together when it counts? That's the important part.
