There's a saying "Work hard in silence, let your success make the noise" but I can't do it so....I hit a milestone today. I'm really excited so I gotta share. I discovered that I can jump without my knee hurting. I'm 100% sure that if I keep going at this pace I'm going to be able to start football training by the end of September which is just in time for trials for the 2026 season 🥰
