Just now, unsubscribed from Perplexity while immediately uninstalling its mobile app. The reason for this was no other than Perplexity's announcement last night that it was incorporating DeepSeek into its search and reasoning process. This was immediately followed by an explanation that DeepSeek's servers are in the US. I just tried to find the exclusion option, but PP did not offer it. This prompted me to unsubscribe from this AI search app without hesitation and uninstall it completely.
