2/ They asked if I want to downgrade my plan. Microsoft bumped up the price of all M365 subscriptions to include AI features. My family plan is currently RM54/month. There was an option to switch to the RM41/month Family Classic with no AI, or RM44/month Personal with AI. I’ve set a reminder to do this after my free 2 months ends.
