You’re talking about “challenging western supremacy”, a self-fulfilling description if only because the west decided to hold onto its superior position at all cost and began an all out propaganda, trade war, and strategic campaign against China. It didn’t need to be this way if the west could have accepted the inevitable revival of one of the great civilizations and opted for cooperation btwn equals. It may not be too late to drop the supremacy schtick, both in words and attitudes.
