TENs machine was awesome until it was time to get in the pool which was glorious. My husband allowing me to death grip his hands 😅 hypnobirthing....listened to scripts throughout my pregnancy and with my husband so when the time came I could listen to those scripts to help keep me calmer and get through it. Whoops sorry that was more than one!

It sounds funny but I knew I had my new barefoot dreams robe and cozy socks packed in my bag and I really looked forward to putting them on after birth and that really provided me with comfort during labor.
