Just had a job applicant submit a pretty blatant AI written tech assessment but then confess he used AI in the submission. Honestly I don’t know what to do, should I be happy he used it to speed up the analysis?? Part of me feels cheated. Other half of me is happy he has the balls to be upfront about it
