You don't need to talk God into blessing you. He wants to bless you. He wants to bless you more than you can imagine being blessed (see Ephesians 3:20). But even more than He wants you to have something, He wants you to be something. He wants you to be Christlike. Once you are something—spiritually mature—you will be able to handle having the earthly blessings He desires for you and use them for His glory. Power Thought: God wants me to enjoy every blessing He has in store for my life.
