Stroganoff, spaghetti, soups, pulled pork or chicken.

I’ve been roasting a lot of broccoli, cauliflower or butternut squash and having that with baked chicken thighs. Also a couple times a week making baked marinated tofu to put in stirfried veggies. Cabbage, carrot and onion slaw. I re-started my sourdough baking a few months ago and make mostly quick biscuits but did some super good same day dinner rolls last week.
