You know what’s been appalling to me, as I’m explaining to teacher friends about quitting my job today. After 4 fights broke out at school the principal is not in the building. We have no assistant principal,school counselor or resource officer. I’ve had to also deal with kindergarten throwing desks and tearing apart classrooms. I had to deal with these things nonstop today with no support besides our DOA trying to do my job for me. Two of My middle school students jumped another student today
