This is awesome. In case y'all didn't know 16th amendment created federal citizen taxation in 1913 to fund WWI assistance. Since then, government bloat has gotten beyond out control. None of us know if tariffs vs taxes work because we weren't born. Programs like this HAVE GOT TO GO. Massive changes require Massive changes & programs like these are Completely unnecessary.
