Day 3: Fixing my health
I have been doing this for the 38th week.
Week 1, I have troubles deadlifting an empty barbell.
I am celebrating my 100 kg deadlift (so I can lift my big bike when i tip over in trails)
Keeping my heart healthy with a sustained 170 heart rate while working out.
