The things I learnt in my journey,I had to do it mostly by myself. 12 yrs ago, no courses on how to manage clinic biz, how to manage yr finance, how to do marketing, how to hire. I have to do all those & at the same time keep upgrading my clinical skills & knowledge.

The first 3-4 yrs, I was able to handle it all alone albeit getting penalties fr LHDN 😅. Growth was parabolic Then as with other businesses, there will be a plateau. Few reasons: 1) you keep repeating same things they get redundant 2) no new exciting things happening 3) you yourself starts to get burnout 4) competition starts coming in
