This is right on time. I’ve been reading a book on how to manage my day-to-day as a creative, and I’ve been implementing creative blocks an uninterrupted focus time. It hasn’t been easy because the urge to scroll is real! However, I’ve noticed that on the days that I scroll less, I am less overwhelmed, way more productive, and way more creative.
