Dry Skin Brushing! On my List for Essential Preventive Health Habits. Brushing is terrific for accelerating lymphatic drainage and reducing inflammation. Be sure to use gentle, feathering, repetitive strokes, always go towards the heart. Do this while your skin is DRY, it should tickle. You can scrub with this brush in the shower, but that is for exfoliation, and if you are rough, it's too heavy to move the very light lymphatic fluid. Follow my channel for Health Tips!
