So I speak to the leasing office and tell them that my front door requires two keys and I never received the bottom key when I moved in. Maintenance comes by, says “yeah we don’t have extra copies of the key,” then proceeds to just totally replace the door locks. Welp, thank you for that, but it probably would’ve been easier and cheaper to just make an extra copy.
