After later realizing their mistake, ICE backpedaled and apologized. Now, speaking a foreign language appears to be sufficient grounds for ICE detention. This incident follows other cases of ICE arresting citizens, including Native Americans, who have committed no crimes but fit ICE's racial profiling.
