Being HIV positive brings a special kind of anxiety with it. I'm sick right now just over a month since I was last sick and I don't typically get sick this close together. Immediate thought is what if my meds somehow stopped working, what if my immune system is compromised? I know that's not the case and I'm just sick but that thought still takes up space.
