I feel very blessed and grateful for the great many responses to my last post. Pain comes in waves, healing isn't linear, some days are harder than others. I don't sleep well and I know that contributes to these feelings being more overwhelming at times. I do have joy in my life. I have a beautiful granddaughter and I couldn't ask for more. I don't have a relationship with my childhood nuclear family, and sometimes I feel like I'm just screaming into a void. You all have shown me different
