Because it’s not the customer responsibility to pay the staff a living wage… it’s the employers

I’m a taxi driver, I go above and beyond to help people, unload shopping to their door , help aged or fragile people, it’s my job . I don’t get any minimum wage . It’s down to the individual customer if they think I’ve given them a decent service, if they tip me , great. If they don’t, I’ll still always help people, cos that’s how I was dragged up !! 👍
