Tonight as I said goodnight to my 7 year old daughter, she said “Mama, I helped my friend today.” Me: “what happened?” Her: “she was frustrated with something and having big emotions so I did what you tell me to do. I told her to repeat, ‘I release anything that does not belong to me.’ And then I had her put one hand on her heart and one hand on her belly and say ‘I am safe. I am loved.’ Then she felt better!” Just two 7-year-olds doing energy healing & self-care together during recess 😭
