You are talking about the small things, podcasts, a new job, slippery roads. That's feeling anxious. I DO have anxiety. I DO have panic attacks. I have generalized anxiety. I have to take medication. I have for over 15 years. By me not saying I don't have anxiety, isn't going to make any difference. We can feed positivity in many ways but this, this is garbage. If it works for YOU good. But others, you are making them feel like they are bad for having anxiety.
