Maybe it's because I fly every 1-2 months, but I'll never eat on a flight or travel day again. I know it's hard to say "no thank you" just because food is available or free, but you can do it. When you fly, especially to a different time zone, your body is completely dysregulated, burdened with toxic light and chemicals, and not to mention, extremely ungrounded. Digestion is likely to be very comprised.
