Heart rate has been so high even at rest. Literally felt like I was having a heart attack the other day, so I went to ER. (I feel awful for wasting everyone’s time but I was genuinely so scared.) the docs ran all the tests and assured me I wasn’t having a heart attack and told me it was just anxiety. Gave me an Ativan then sent me on my way. Now, I can’t even get up to walk from bedroom to kitchen without heart going to like 130BPM and feeling winded. I’m so scared. Ahahah.
