This. One time I was staying at a hotel near Shangrila Mall so I just took a quick stroll over to Rustans to look at perfumes. It was a warm and humid day. When I entered, not a single staff greeted me nor showed any interest in helping me. I finally found one guy helpful enough to show me what I was looking for: Clean Perfumes. He gave me two options and was ready for “okay thanks”. Instead I said, “I’ll get both”. Suddenly everyone started to get friendly. I just smirked, paid. left.

I am a filipino but sadly, I have to agree with you. There are just some of us who are like that. But if you go to the provinces, people are more welcoming and gracious.
