Quebec is not English, it is French. Bilingualism only applies at the federal level for federal services, the only bilingual province is New Brunswick, everywhere but Quebec is English. Word of advice, don't be a dick, you're disrespecting centuries of hard fought language and cultural tradition, Bill 101 was created for a reason.
