Personal post! 🫶🏻 After 4 years of being a Type 2 Diabetic I’ve had confirmation today that my HbA1c is 33 so I am officially in normal range. (Pre diabetic is anything below 42 and anything above 48 is classed as diabetic) My bloods were 99 when I was first diagnosed. I cannot believe I’ve done it, I am so proud of myself 🥹
