🚨 WARNING 🚨 I'm not here to bash anyone, but be careful from where you purchase your courses/guides! Especially be careful with the bigger accounts! I purchased a digital product from someone 1 week ago (she has over 90k followers). I asked her a question, and she never opened my message! I took her product out of my store! Be careful, especially if you are a beginner! I opened my business one year ago, and I have never done this to someone!

Really friendly and helpful, made me feel comfortable buying from them as a beginner. When a link wouldn’t work and I couldn’t access part of the course I messaged and it sat for almost a month before I got a response! It still took another three follow up emails to get things fixed - it felt like they had my money, not interested after that… 😡

We had 2 calls and he sent me a google sheets & pre-recorded topics to refer to (I literally could have asked chatGPT & referred to YouTube…). There was zero help! He never checked in with me to see how I was doing. He just said “copy viral content” and you’ll grow🙈 I cancelled with him after the second call. He never responded to my cancellation message.

I ended up following and later on buying from a newer smaller growing business a similar course which even updates her courses to keep relevant but the larger one sells the updates as "new ad on courses".
