In the last week of December 2024 I was struggling really bad with my mental health, just to sum it up I guess you can say I was tired of complaining about wanting to lose weight but not doing anything about it. I bought a scale of my own to keep track of my weight, changed some of my eating habits, started intermittent fasting, and started working out. One of my New Year’s resolutions was to lose weight so let’s keep it up! As of January 31st I am 211 lbs. Goal Weight: 170 lbs, Down: 13 lbs! 🔥
