That sash I have to hold for a full year while I log my teaching hours and do the academic study as well as physical training. If you told me a year and a half ago that I would even start training like this, I would have laughed. But now? It's part of everything. I'm so fucking grateful for everything it's added to life and the incredible souls I've been so lucky to meet.
