It is indeed your delivery that is screaming (literally) cringe. This is not “unorthodox” it’s wrong. You are unnecessarily dominating and barking at her. It’s a power play. An ABUSE of power. And I’m sure it’s going to get worse and we will all bear witness. Try filming in a comfortable setting next time. Being respectful is cool. Protecting your female employees is cool. Making sure the females around you are safe and comfortable is cool. You should take a hint from the internet; seek change 👁️
