Man limit social media definitely is helping me and also doing some things for myself! Just redirecting my focus.

DISCONNECT EVERY IN EVERY WAY. 1. Remove all contacts and messages of those you’ve had relations with (unless you may have child(ren)) in the event you do, create strict boundaries concerning your child(ren) 2. Delete pics (if any) 3. PRAY 4. Create confessions to speak over your mind,emotions and feelings. 5. Ask The Lord to break the soul ties physically mentally and emotionally 6. Find scriptures concerning the man you desire to be and the woman God wants for you. 7. Find things to do

I'll suggest to listen to uplifting gospel songs and get busy, try taking a walk to clear your head. But before all of that, ask GOD to strengthen you, then be out..lol

Limit what you take in, Vidoes , social media , even people Ie: phone conversations. Minimize your circle if they are engaging in these activities. Pray more , cold showers help. Also keep your mind busy on the word, create a healthy list of hobbies away from temptation. I hope this helps

Cool shower or work out.

Ask god to reveal if the temptation is temptation or if it’s in his will. If it’s not in his will to simply remove it because your flesh is weak ❤️ save you never know
