I'm not sure you know what a right is. 'Rights' are not naturally occurring, they are legal and ethical frameworks that are invented. That is why they can appear and disappear. So, you can choose to have a society where healthcare is a right, or you can choose to have one where it is not a right. The latter choice seems self-defeating but you do you.
