Home workout time. For the month of February I am going to try and commit myself to 15min workout a day. Since August I have been unemployed, my job used to keep me active and from gaining too much weight. Currently I am weighing in at 195lbs, way more than I want too (before you question... I'm 6ft tall) come spring, there will be new changes in my life!
