Hoping na sana maayos po kausap yung contractor niyo 😊 Discuss with them yung expectations niyo sa project. When it comes to the finishes and arch’l design, it is always the client na may final say. We architects are just here to give recommendations on what we think would be best pero the Client/Owner pa din may final decision.
