Side note and completely o my other content: I miss my dad. He passed November 7th, 2024. He, too was on Hospice, I am still reeling from this loss. The pain comes and goes but sometimes it hits you like a brick wall. My hospice experience with him was not one that I was happy with but that had nothing to do with the actual hospice company or nurses/aides/case managers/social workers, it was friends and family, who thought they knew better than the hospice team. This still makes me angry.
