On Friday, I spent 15 minutes in front of the cheese fridge at the supermarket, trying to hold back my tears. I bought some fermented tofu at the Asian grocery store yesterday, along with stinky tofu. Trying the fermented one today. Treating it like cream cheese, except I also mixed in some yeast flakes and ajinomoto for bonus flavour. I hope it will set me free. #veganfood #vegan #veganrecipes #food
