February 3, 2025 Monday. Abs, back and biceps day. Videos are the standing BB Curl and rope Pull on the cable device. 8 exercises. 4 for biceps and 4 for back. 6 reps each set. 3 sets each exercise. All these words I just say. Trust is earned. I have never asked anyone for help or financial assistance. I promote an experience that delivers quality and effectiveness. Action. Choice. Results. 🙂
