As a child raised by a stepmother, no. As I genuinely appreciate my stepmother for raising me and loving me the best way she knew how, I know it wasn’t like her own BECAUSE I have my own now. The love is totally different, the chemistry, the affection. I’ve seen hers flow so naturally with her biological children and when I had my own, I instantly understood.

Yes :) and some of us do respect the other baby mamma and try to make them feel at ease. It’s never easy trusting someone with your babies.. allow your children to be loved.. step in if need be. Don’t remove a loved one just because they have a sexual relationship with your ex. Take that out. Are they a good person? Do your kids express love towards that person? If yes, be thankful they have another safe person in their life.
