Started today with an intense pilates session. Core burn was real! Made it to the office, still shaking but i still enjoy the aftermath. I have another pilates session tonight, tak serik ye 😬 This week is packed. Esok sampai Jumaat kena sampai office awal. How am i supposed to fit in my morning runs? Noon runs aren’t my things with stress, high HR, rushing nak masak lagi. And the weekend? No long run either. Heading to north for a wedding, then terus la bawa anak2 mini gateway in Penang.
