The New York Times is reporting that Secretary of State Marco Rubio is saying he's the acting director of USAID, a part of the State Dept, which he now runs. Rubio's statement seems to indicate a rift between Trump and Musk. It may be temporary, and Rubio may be forced to back down. Stay tuned.
