About a year and a half ago I had applied for 2 different jobs. 1 was with the federal government with FHA. The testing was rigorous & I didn't make it to the next round. I've been in the mortgage field for approximately 25 years and underwriting FHA loans for the last 10 years. The testing involved really didn't really pertain to the job itself but I understand it is another way to determine employment. The 2nd job was with a non-profit assisting in obtaining affordable housing in rural areas.
