Real reason why it takes me a fair while to get anything done or go anywhere... Before shower: Lazy, unmotivated, don't want to do this everyday. In the shower: Mhh, hot water feel good, I will just sit here for a while. Don't want to get out. After shower: I don't want to wear clothes. I will just sit here in bed doomscrolling for a while. Unless I'm in a hurry, then I'll somehow manage to shower, shave and style my hair in 10 minutes or less. Otherwise it's half an hour to an hour. 🙃
