I don't wanna hear any white liberals bemoan that fascism has arrived in the US while y'all are making lists like this, because 1) you're not gonna have local elections; and 2) withholding your dollars doesn't matter because the state, not corporations, have the power. This is just a list of passive acts to make excuses for their inaction because they know that in the meantime, while they're "stocking up" and "saving" and "making plans", its not gonna be them rounded up, arrested, executed.
