the best piece of advice I’ve ever gotten was “no one is thinking about you as much as you think they are” and it’s a really great point in the very weird discussion rn about removing people who don’t engage with your social media as much as you’d like. They aren’t “silent lurkers/haters” they just do not have the same relationship to social media as you and it’s okay - it’s not that deep.
