Most days, I spend 15 minutes listening to or reading about the madness. Just enough to know what is going on. My mental health can't take much more than that. I'm dead serious ... if you want to go in about every other thing happening in Washington, I will shake my head and walk away. The insanity of it all is too much. This from a person who, pre-election, listened to the news like it was background music.
