My company folded on DEI because of contractual agreements with the federal government. I was disappointed but not surprised. But I was reminded of two things: 1. My former DEI principal director always said “Equality is a marathon not a race”. She is 100% correct. 2. When my company started its ERGs, we started when there were no laws some 50 years ago. So I will continue to do my part because it’s a marathon. Black Women
