The problem with us Africans is that we have the means to use available productive land, but we still want to go for land that is being used by a 49 year old white because we had land stolen from us 200 plus years ago? You just want land only, but is it a productive tool to you? Blacks will go to an urban setup, and demand free water and electricity supply while their white counterparts are paying for it, when they know those services come at a cost?
