OK, so 25 parties signed in to the open house yesterday. At one point when we were parked around the corner waiting for the all clear from our broker there was a traffic jam of people waiting to turn into the driveway while others were trying to leave. Today there are 4 more showings scheduled, 2 tomorrow, and another on Wed. a.m. just before offers are due at 1:00pm. We listed low in the hope of multiple offers driving the price to where we want it. Fingers crossed, but it seems to be working.
