A story about how everything is shit now: In 2003, as a graduation present, my parents bought me a Cuisinart Griddler 5 in 1 grill. I have lovingly used this work horse several times a week for two decades since then, but a few years ago the plates just didn’t stay as non-stick as they used to be. Last week, I decided to pull the trigger and buy a new version of the same grill since they no longer make spare plates for my older model.
